Nutrition is all about adding things in rather than cutting things out, and creating happy and healthy relationships with food and body for each individual person 
I  am able and experienced in providing medical nutrition therapy for many physical and mental health conditions. In particular,  I am able and experienced in providing medical nutritional therapy for:
Invisible Illnesses:

In Person and Telehealth Appointments available for 16yrs and older
Initial appointments 1 hour $170
Review appointments 30 mins $105

​Centrelink Concession and Pension card holders 
Initial appointments 1 hour $140
Review appointments 30 mins $95

Please note that this is not a bulk billing practice. 
GP Chronic Condition Management Plans (previously Chronic Disease Management Plans) and Eating Disorder Management Plans from your GP allow for a Medicare Rebate. The current Medicare rebate is $61.80 (July 2025). 
Please see your GP prior to you first appointment to determine eligibility. 
Private Health Insurance - Please check with your insurer if your cover includes dietetics. After your appointment you will be provided with a receipt that will allow you to claim this rebate if eligible. 
Please note that you can only claim from either Medicare or private health insurance for any one session. 
​Need to cancel an appointment
I understand life can get busy and appointments may need to be rescheduled or cancelled from time to time. If you do need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please provide at least 24hrs notice prior to your appointment.

What to bring
For your first appointment please bring any relevant documentation required (referral, recent blood test results).

What to expect
Your initial consultation will be 1-hour in duration. This allows for plenty of time to conduct a thorough nutrition assessment, discuss goals and strategies to achieve these goals, and provide you with the information you need to make informed choices about your health goals.

​As part of the initial consultation you will be asked questions about your lifestyle, current medications and/or supplements, medical history, any symptoms you may be experiencing and your current eating habits.
