Need to cancel an appointment
I understand life can get busy and appointments may need to be rescheduled or cancelled from time to time. If you do need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please provide at least 24hrs notice prior to your appointment.
What to bring
For your first appointment please bring any relevant documentation required (referral, recent blood test results). It will also be helpful to bring a list of medications and/or supplements that you are currently taking.
What to expect
Your initial consultation will be 1-hour in duration. This allows for plenty of time to conduct a thorough nutrition assessment, discuss goals and strategies to achieve these goals, and provide you with the information you need to make informed choices about your health goals.
As part of the initial consultation you will be asked questions about your lifestyle, current medications and/or supplements, medical history, any symptoms you may be experiencing and your current eating habits.
If you struggle with remembering the foods and drinks that you eat or drink, and when you eat or drink them, it would be helpful for you to record these in a food diary for the week leading up to your appointment. If you are experiencing any symptoms that could potentially be linked to your food intake, recording these on your food diary would also be helpful.
